Murray Hill Theatre is operated by Murray Hill Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit, Christian faith-based organization committed to offering an alcohol-free, drug-free, smoke-free space for all ages. We're not just Jacksonville’s premier faith-based concert venue—we're a mission-driven ministry using music and the arts to share hope, encouragement, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our goal is simple: provide an exciting, alternative nightspot that reflects faith, positivity, and purpose. We exist to reach those unfamiliar with the Gospel and to encourage those already walking with Christ through unforgettable live entertainment experiences.

Venue History

A Jacksonville Landmark with a New Life
Originally opened in 1948 as a movie theatre, our historic building was reborn in 1995 as a faith-based concert hall. Located in the heart of the Murray Hill neighborhood at 932 Edgewood Avenue South, the theatre now hosts hundreds of uplifting events each year.

At Murray Hill Theatre, you can expect a safe, family-friendly, and unforgettable experience. Our venue is alcohol, drug, and smoke-free, welcoming guests of all ages to enjoy an uplifting night out. Most shows are general admission with standing room for up to 598 or seated capacity for 300, and light snacks and beverages are available at our concession stand. Above all, every event is rooted in faith and hospitality, creating a space where hope and joy take center stage.
