Basic Rental Rates
Facility Rental $1,200 (Friday & Saturday)
Facility Rental $800 (Sunday - Thursday)
Facility Hourly Rental $100 (3 hour minimum-weeknights ONLY)
Cafe ONLY $50 (3 hour minimum)
An additional fee of $250 for production will be added to the Facility Rental Fee if you require use of the house PA and/or stage lighting (Non-Negotiable)
Additional Fees
Full Production - Sound & Lights $250 (non-negotiable)
Security Professional $50 (if required)
Clean-up $50 (can be waived if RENTER agrees to comply with cleaning checklist)
NOTES:
If you desire to rent the facility on a hourly basis, set-up & clean-up must occur within the desired rental time frame. Hourly Rental is ONLY available on weekdays.
50% deposit constitutes a hold on the date; if RENTER's event is postponed and/or changed the deposit will be applied to the new date. Deposit may be subject to forfeiture if RENTER's event is canceled without proper notification (4 weeks).
On average it will run $1,150-1,450 for an evening's rental
Benefit Shows
We are always willing to host benefit shows. Please note that the size of our venue makes benefit shows costly to do. On average, the cost of doing benefit show runs between $1,500 and $1,800 depending on production needs and talent lined up.
There are several factors that go into having a successful benefit event:
We recommend that organizations or individuals desiring to hold a benefit event here evaluate all the above before moving forward. Unless you can honestly expect the attendance at your benefit event to exceed 200 you may want to look into a smaller venue or another option for a fundraiser.

we can provide booking advice and some booking assistance but we will not generally book the talent for benefit shows
